Meet Our Staff

MITCH

Mitch is the owner and qualifier of Honest Air, Inc.  He’s been in the air conditioning business for as long as he can remember.  He grew up working for his father’s air conditioning and heating business in New York. He’s married to Penny, who runs his office, and has 2 kids. He’s an extremely hard worker and everything he does is for his family. He is a very Honest man and runs his business the same way. His Motto: Quality work at an affordable price, HONEST!

PENNY

Penny is married to Mitch and they have 2 children together. She is the General Manager for Honest Air.  She loves her family, mudding and riding on the back of the Harley with Mitch.  She is a very hard worker and will go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction.

GENE

Gene was born in Tennessee but currently resides in Palm City, FL.   He is happily married for 18 years with 3 children. Gene enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and anything to do with water. He has been involved with the Palm City Dolphins for 10 years and also volunteers with the Martin County Pioneers and is the Lacrosse Commissioner. Gene is one of the Comfort Advisor’s for Honest Air, Inc.

RACHEL

Rachel worked for Honest Air several years ago but left to pursue other adventures. We are happy to say that she found her way back home to us. She is originally from Pittsburgh, PA but has been in Florida for 20 years and says she does NOT miss the cold and snow. Rachel is a die-hard Steelers fan and doesn’t like to be interrupted during a game. She is our lead CCR in the office and goes above and beyond for all our clients.

Kayla

Kayla is the daughter of Mitch & Penny and has worked in the office over the years.  She helps with the day to day operations along side of Rachel.  When she’s not working, she loves to spend time with her friends and family. She also enjoys going to mudding events. She loves her job and helping in any way she can.

Hernan

Hernan is originally from Equador and has been in the HVAC trade for over 5 years.  He is married to the love of his life.  When he’s not working, he is a drummer in a band and loves playing soccer and football.  He enjoys working on Air Conditioning systems and interacting his clients.

Jarrel

Jarrel has been in the HVAC trade for a little over 2 years and works hard at being a better A/C Technician, giving 110% every day.  He loves to make his clients happy.  He is married with 3 children.  When he’s not working, he loves to spend time with his family and working on cars.

Nick

Nick has been in the trade for over 15 years and enjoys what he does.  He is originally from Pa but loves living in Florida.  When he’s not working, he like to hike, camp, bike and spend time with family and friends.

Stephen

Stephen moved to Florida from Massachusetts.  He is married with 3 children. He has been in the HVAC trade for over 15 years experience.  When he’s not working, he enjoys sports, fishing and spending time with his family.

Chris

Chris has been doing A/C work for over 18 years.  It has always been his favorite job.  He is originally from Florida, born and raised.  When he’s not working, he loves to spend time with his two children, Chris & Lily.  They love going to the beach, church and other activities as a family.

Brandon

Brandon is a United States Army Veteran.  Thank you for your Service Brandon! He is an avid Golfer and diver and likes going to the beach.  He spends a lot of time reading.  He works in the office as a Customer Care Representative.  He says that the best part of his day is the beginning, end and everything in between.

Justin

Justin is a true Floridian, born and raised in Ft Pierce, FL.  He has been in the HVAC trade for over 20 years.  He has 2 beautiful kids that he loves to spend time with when he’s not working.  They love to spend time in the woods or on the water.
