Mitch grew up in his father’s A/C and heating business in New York, so working inside someone’s home, and taking that responsibility seriously, was part of the family long before Honest Air existed. When he and Penny started their own company on the Treasure Coast, it was their daughter who suggested the name that already matched how they worked: Honest Air.
The name set the standard. It means taking the time to finish the inspection, explaining what the system actually needs, and giving the homeowner room to make a decision without pressure.
Mitch is still the owner and qualifier, and Penny still helps run the office. Twenty-five years in, Honest Air is family-owned and locally run, and the work is the kind the family is comfortable putting its name on.
