A/C Technician

Now Hiring

Hands-on field role installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and heating systems for residential and light-commercial customers across the Treasure Coast.

As an A/C Technician at Honest Air, your days will include preventative maintenance visits, urgent maintenance and repair calls, system diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and clear communication with customers.

What You Will Do

Install new air conditioning and heating systems.
Inspect equipment and complete needed repairs and replacements.
Perform routine preventative maintenance.
Respond to urgent maintenance and repair calls.
Follow safety policies, procedures, and clean job-site practices.

What We Are Looking For

At least 3 years of hands-on A/C and heating field experience.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and perform accurate diagnostics.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Comfort with the physical demands of field work.
Local residence, clean Florida driver's license, and ability to pass drug and background screening.
